Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs) make innovative and effective options for expanding your living space. They make a great addition if you want to create a little space for your adult child(ren) or for placing aged or disabled family members in a separate suite within the family home. They are typically built near or attached to an existing single-family home, have their own entrance, and are occupied by a relative of the homeowner.

ADUs can be created by altering a portion of a main existing house, including a garage, adding to an existing house, or constructing a new detached building on the same lot. JD Michael Construction can build a new ADU to meet your specific family needs.
